Use the submission form below to upload a FASTA file containing one or more plasmid nucleotide sequences.

If you are submitting multiple plasmids, use a vertical bar ('|') to separate plasmid and contig identifiers. Contigs from the same plasmid must share the same plasmid identifier. Otherwise, all sequences will be interpreted as a single plasmid. Example FASTA headers:
