Use the submission form below to upload a FASTA file with amino acid sequences. You may upload all proteins from a plasmid to obtain its MOB classification.

To classify multiple plasmids within the same job, include all proteins in a single FASTA file. Use a vertical bar ('|') to separate plasmid and protein identifiers. Proteins from the same plasmid must share the same plasmid identifier. Otherwise, all sequences will be interpreted as a single plasmid. Example FASTA headers:
