Instructions to cite MOBscan.
MOBscan is a web application and command-line tool for identifying relaxase MOB classes in protein sequences. It uses the hmmscan program from the HMMER3 software suite (Eddy, 2011) to search against MOBfamDB, a curated database of relaxase profile HMMs.
