Supported reference database releases.

This page lists the curated reference databases used by the service pipelines. It includes the currently supported releases as well as archived historical releases retained to enable reproducible and comparable results across time.

Sequence FASTA files contain all plasmid sequences from the corresponding NCBI RefSeq release. Copies are preserved here to ensure long-term availability and convenient download. Filtering decisions and additional sequence-level information are captured in the accompanying metadata table.
