How to cite

Instructions to cite PLACNETw.

PLACNETw is a web application that helps identify and curate plasmids from Illumina whole-genome sequencing (WGS) data of bacterial isolates. It offers an easy-to-use web interface that implements the PLACNET pipeline and allows interactive exploration and manual refinement of plasmid-derived assembly contigs.
